BREAKFAST CLUBS

Our Breakfast Club is a valuable part of the school day and provides many benefits for your primary school child. It offers a safe, welcoming and structured environment before lessons begin, helping children start the day feeling calm, settled and ready to learn.

A healthy breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, giving children the energy they need to concentrate, participate and enjoy their learning. Through Breakfast Club, children have access to nutritious food that supports their growth, wellbeing and focus in the classroom.

Breakfast Club also helps children develop important social skills. They have the chance to talk with friends, build confidence, practise good manners and enjoy positive interactions with both staff and other pupils. For younger children especially, this gentle start to the morning can ease any worries about the school day ahead.

Attending Breakfast Club can improve punctuality and attendance, as children arrive at school on time and begin their day in a positive routine. A consistent morning routine is very important for primary-aged children, helping them feel secure and prepared.

For families, Breakfast Club provides reliable childcare support in the mornings, giving peace of mind that children are safe, supervised and cared for before school starts.

Overall, our Breakfast Club is much more than just breakfast. It supports children’s health, learning, confidence, friendships and daily routine, helping every child have the best possible start to their school day.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

Our extra-curricular after school clubs are a fantastic opportunity for children to continue learning, developing new skills and enjoying a wide range of experiences beyond the classroom. They provide a fun, safe and engaging environment where children can explore their interests and build confidence.

Taking part in after school clubs helps children discover new talents and hobbies. Whether it is sports, art and craft, performing arts, construction or teamwork activities, children are able to try new things, challenge themselves and grow in confidence.

These clubs also play an important role in supporting children’s social development. They give pupils the chance to make new friendships, work with children from different year groups and develop communication, cooperation and teamwork skills.

After school clubs can have a positive impact on wellbeing by giving children time to be active, creative and relaxed after a busy school day. Physical clubs encourage healthy lifestyles, while creative clubs allow children to express themselves and enjoy new experiences.

Attending clubs also helps children develop independence, responsibility and resilience. They learn to follow instructions, practise regularly, improve skills over time and take pride in their achievements.

For families, after school clubs provide valuable childcare support at the end of the school day, with the reassurance that children are safe, supervised and enjoying meaningful activities.

Overall, our extra-curricular after school clubs are an important part of school life. They enrich children’s education, build confidence, encourage friendships and provide opportunities that help every child grow and succeed.
